at Dover's
HOMETOWN CHRISTMAS

Would your Business, Club, Organization, or family like to help support our Dover families and decorate our town at the same time? 

Then Let's Decorate a Christmas Tree!!

Proceeds up to $250 will go to the Dover Schools "Families in Need" Program.

Here's what you do:

1.Your business, club, organization or family will purchase a Christmas Tree package. This will include a Christmas Tree, Sign with your business, club, organization, or family name on it, and extension cord.

2.You can make your donation at www.doverozarkmemoriesday.com/decorateachristmastree  or by printing this form and delivering it to Dover City Hall.

​

3.The Chamber will put up the trees in front of the Dover City Park with your sign in front of your tree.

​

4.You will decorate your tree with lights and ornaments (no tinsel). Trees will need to be decorated by Saturday, December 2nd at noon.

​

5.For a $75.00 donation, you will decorate your tree.

​

6.For a $150.00 donation, Dover Chamber members will decorate your tree.

​

7.People will vote on the tree they like best at the Hometown Christmas event on Saturday, December 2nd.

​

8.Once the voting is complete, we will decide on the winners. Winners will be announced on Monday, December 4th.

​

9.There will be trophies for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place favorites.

​

10.Christmas Trees will remain up through January 1st.   At that time, please make arrangements to remove all decorations.

​

11.The deadline to sponsor a tree will be Wednesday, November 29th.

Contestants and guardians must agree that the decision of the judges will be final. All entrants understand that the pageant is not responsible for any accident or injury incurred in travel to, from and at the pageant itself. The contestant will take full responsibility for and agree to release the Dover Chamber of Commerce, Ozark Memories Day Committee, and facility from all liability for any losses, damages, or debts incurred by or made by the contestant, in connection with the pageant. Any
photo(s) of this pageant may be used by the Dover Chamber of Commerce and pageant board as advertisement and announcements. I hereby apply as a contestant for one of the titles from the OMD Pageant. I agree to abide by all the rules and regulations herein set. No refunds will be given. Bad sportsmanship and/or language will not be tolerated and could result in disqualification from this and future pageants. I agree that the pageant director may combine or split age divisions as deemed necessary according to the number of contestants on the day of the deadline. My contestant is not considered registered for the event until both entry form and fees both are submitted and received.
