Dover Hometown Christmas Parade

Entry is FREE!

Entry Guidelines

All entries must be received by 5:00 pm on December 1st.
Non-antique car entries must be decorated in a Christmas these & Preferably have lights.
Santa will be at the beginning of the parade. No other Santa is permitted.
No dirt bikes, go-carts or 4 wheelers allowed.
Please maintain intervals of 20 feet between entries.
Entries will not be allowed to stop and perform routines on the parade route.
All entries must enter the line-up at Dover Middle School by 5:30 pm.
Float, Commercial & Personal entries MUST BE DECORATED with a Christmas theme.
Antique cars are NOT required to be decorated, although it is preferred.
At least one adult must remain with each group of marchers throughout the parade.
Proof of Coggins test for each horse must be provided in the line-up area.
Cash prizes for 1st, 2nd & 3rd place winners.

I hereby give my permission for the Dover Area Chamber of Commerce, any member of the media or any individual to take photographs, audio or video recordings of me/my child or group at this Christmas Parade for publication.

I agree that neither the Dover Area Chamber of Commerce, the City of Dover, Dover School System nor any agent, employee, or volunteer assumes any responsibility for any personal injury or property damage suffered in connection with the parade (including but not limited to cost of medical treatment, permanent injury or death, and property damage). I agree to hold harmless such parties from any claim for injury or damages.
